Mr. Schlecht is the founder of our Company and currently serves as Chairman of the Board. He has served on our board of directors since our founding in 1986 and previously served as our President and Chief Executive Officer from February 2003 to February 2015 when he moved to Executive Chairman. He returned to the CEO role for 20 months from September 2019 to May 2021. In addition to Duluth, he founded GEMPLER’S Inc. in 1986 and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer until February 2003. Mr. Schlecht holds BSBA and MBA degrees from Northwestern University.
