Ricker Schlecht
Senior Vice President of Product Development and Sourcing
Mr. Schlecht assumed the role of Senior Vice President in February 2020 and currently leads all facets of the company’s product development, design, quality, sourcing, and technical design areas. Beginning his 19-year tenure at Duluth Trading as an Associate Product Manager, Mr. Schlecht took on successively greater responsibility, becoming Director of Product Development in 2013 and Vice President of Product Development in 2016. He earned a B.S.B.A. degree from the University of Denver in 2003. He then worked as an Agriculture Extension Volunteer with the Peace Corps in Bolivia, South America, before working as a Sales Associate for Orvis and then joining the Duluth Trading business.
David Homolka
Senior Vice President of Talent, Retail Store Operations, Contact Center Operations
Mr. Homolka joined Duluth Trading in 2017 as Vice President of Human Resources and has served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Retail Store Operations, Contact Center Operations since February 2020. From 2015 to 2017, Mr. Homolka held the title of Chief Property and Design Officer for Cabela’s, where he led store expansion and was responsible for all facets of real estate, store design, construction, visual merchandising, and facilities maintenance. Prior to that, in his 13-year career at Cabela’s, he served as Vice President of Human Resources, Asset Protection (2012-2015); Vice President of U.S. Retail Operations (2010-2012); and Director of Corporate Asset Protection (2004-2009). Mr. Homolka began his career at Shopko Stores Inc. in 1987 and served in executive leadership roles within Human Resources, Retail Operations, and Asset Protection.
