Garth Weber
Senior Vice President of Brand and Marketing
Mr. Weber assumed the role of Senior Vice President of Brand and Marketing in August 2024, serving as caretaker of brand and marketing across all facets of the company. Since joining Duluth Trading in 2023, Mr. Weber has taken on successively greater responsibility of the company’s brand, marketing, and customer analytics functions. Prior to joining Duluth Trading, he served as Vice President of Brand and Creative at Wilson Sporting Goods, a leading manufacturer and retailer in high-performance sports equipment, apparel, footwear and accessories. Previously, he spent nearly 5 years at adidas as Senior Director of Global Brand Design. Mr. Weber earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Wheaton College and a Master of Fine Arts degree in Fiction from the State University of New York Brockport.
Heena Agrawal
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Agrawal has served as our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since February 2024. Ms. Agrawal is a proven executive with over 20 years of finance and leadership experience. She is a business-oriented finance leader with diverse, versatile skills and a track record of driving results in roles with progressively higher scope across companies in multiple industries including Procter & Gamble, Walgreens, Underwriters Lab, and Kontoor Brands. Her most recent role prior to joining Duluth Trading was CFO of Wrangler and Global Supply Chain at Kontoor Brands. Ms. Agrawal holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting, and Taxation degree from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, an M.B.A. from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, CPA (inactive), and is a CFA charter holder.
