Susan Riley is a seasoned executive with extensive board and governance experience, and more than 30 years of financial and operational leadership in retail, consumer products, medical and cosmetic industries. Susan most recently served as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer at PJM Interconnection, LLC, a regional transmission organization that coordinates the movement of wholesale electricity. A focused leader, Susan’s financial work within diverse environments and structures helped her develop the ability to quickly assess complex situations, and to address the most compelling issues with a strong track record of proven results. Her expertise includes major financial and operational restructurings, regulatory and disclosure compliance, strategic diversification, mergers and expanding global operations.

Neala Shepherd
Senior Vice President of Brand and Marketing
Mrs. Shepherd assumed the role of Senior Vice President, Customer Experience in March 2022, serving as caretaker of the brand and voice of customer experience across all facets of the company. Since joining Duluth Trading in 2019, Mrs. Shepherd took on successively greater responsibility of the company’s marketing, ecommerce, customer analytics, and merchandising functions. Prior to joining Duluth Trading, she served as Senior Director of Marketing for The Buckle, a leading specialty retailer in fashion apparel. Previously, she spent 15 years at Cabela’s in a variety of leadership roles across Marketing, Advertising, Creative and Brand, most recently serving as Senior Director of Marketing (Brand Marketing, Category Merchandising, Omni-channel Planning, and Store Marketing). She earned a B.S. degree in Communications/Marketing from Oklahoma Christian University in 1999.
