Brett Paschke is Managing Partner of WinForest Partners, a private equity firm focused on investments in healthcare, technology, and services. Prior to joining WinForest Partners, Brett served as a Partner at William Blair, a global investment banking and wealth management firm, from 1997 through 2023 where he led the Equity Capital Markets Group from 2009 through 2020, and more recently served as Vice Chair of Investment Banking. Before joining William Blair, Brett worked in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs and for KPMG. Brett is a policy leader on topics related to capital formation. He served on the IPO Task Force with the US Treasury Department, which produced the recommendations that became the JOBS Act. He has an AB from Princeton and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Brett and his family live in Lake Forest, Illinois.

    Mr. Sato was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in May 2021. Prior to joining Duluth Trading, Mr. Sato was CEO of publicly traded Finish Line, a leading specialty retailer that delivered $1.8 billion in net sales in 2018 and operated over 900 branded locations in the U.S. under his leadership. During his tenure at Finish Line from 2007 to 2018, Mr. Sato spearheaded its successful merger with JD Sports; developed business extension strategies, including a key partnership with Macy’s; and created a road map for its digital and mobile first evolution. Previously, Mr. Sato had a 23-year career at Nordstrom, beginning as a sales associate in 1984 and climbing the corporate ranks to Vice President, Corporate Merchandising.
